REIintel.com = We are a network of real estate investors and industry related professionals who enjoy investing in real estate. The REIintel network can benefit you regardless of whether you are a veteran real estate investor or first time real estate investor.

What is REIintel?  

• REI = Real Estate Investor or Real Estate Investment depending on who you talk to.  
• intel = Intellegence. If you served in the military, you will remember "intel" is the abbreviated term for intellegence.

This website is a work in progress. There are many ways this site can help you, they are:  

• Finding Properties: If you have money but are having a difficult time finding good properties to purchase or invest in, you can submit your request and we will circulate your request to wholesalers who have discounted properties available for purchase. This allows you to purchase properties that are priced well below current values, in some cases 50-60% of current market value.
  
• Finding Financing: Some investors have enough money to purchase their properties with all their own cash. Other investors only have 10-25% downpayment, so they need financing to cover the balance. If you need financing, submit your request, and we will circulate your request to lenders and other private investors who are willing to lend the money to you.
  
• Finding Investors: Maybe you have found an excellent deal to buy but only have a little money to work with. If you need an investor to help you purchase the property, submit your request, we will circulate your request to investors to help you purchase that "excellent deal" by means of a joint venture.
  
• Finding a Professional: Contractors, Realtors, Attorneys, Appraisers Etc. Remember, you can't do everything yourself or maybe you can but that might not be the best use of your time. Sure you can find the property, buy the property, fix or rehab the property and sell the property yourself. But then you may not be able to close as many deals during the next 12-24 months as you would like. Maybe you have a full time job that doesn't allow you to do all the different jobs needed to start and close the transaction, submit your request, we will circulate your request to our professionals.
  
• Professionals: Contractors, Realtors, Attorneys, Appraisers Etc.: you want to help our network of real estate investors and buyers with your professional service. Submit your contact info with a description of your experience and area of expertise and we will recommend you to those who may require your services.
  
• Property Valuation: When buying real estate it's important to find information "intel" regarding a property fast. We have quick links to many of the good online valuation sites. If you know of any tool or site that can benefit other network members, please submit the information or a link to the helpful resource, so we can share it with the other network members.
  

A good football team can attribute it's success from it's owner, supporters, investors, it's coaching staff and the contributions of each team player. Successful real estate investors only "consistantly succeed" when they have a dependable trustworthy team of professionals to support and encourage them.
